First Edition is just that: a first volume of deliciously seasonal all-vegan goodies straight from my kitchen to yours. Here’s a little bit about First Edition’s first edition:

Andy Grimaldi: That's me! (Spoilers: it's all me). I am a lifelong baker + full-time lover of all things sweet. Transitioning into a professional baker was a wonderful side-effect of realizing how much I love to share with others during the pandemic, and after half a decade in other bakeries I'm excited to bring that love and passion to my beloved Queens! Jackson Heights 4ever ❤️

Queer: First edition is a tiny at-home operation with big plans! We are unapologetically vegan/queer/trans-owed/socialist-pilled and so on and so forth. One day maybe coming to third space near you but for now find us at pop-ups and direct orders :)

Vegan: One hundred percent! What started as a fun exercise (what CAN'T I make vegan?) has blossomed into a beautiful array of treats that every sweet treat lover can enjoy. 

Seasonal Chapters: Our goal is to use the freshest ingredients at their ripest time-- no out of season blueberry muffins here! Every dessert is lovingly crafted to highlight the very ripest fruits I can get my hands on. And sometimes that fruit is a chocolate chip cookie.
